e8urban have undertaken a site based capacity study to assess the development potential of a small site in Redfern NSW.

The site is highly constrained due to the proximity of other developments and out approach was to use advanced parametric modelling to develop building envelops that would not impact adjacent development o the south.

​

Through this approach we were able to define new building volumes and built form.
