e8urban have recently completed a town centre master plan study for a 24 hectare site in the Leppington Growth Centre.

The master plan study consisted of testing the existing planning controls to determine potential built form and land use outcomes.

As part of the study e8urban managed the production of visualisations to aid in the communication of the key public spaces.
