In July 2015 e8urban were commissioned to prepare an urban design study to identify and assess potential development options, site constraints, planning frameworks and investigate development scenarios for 177 hectares of Government owned land in South Western Sydney.

The study consisted of: desktop reviews and analysis mapping, precedent research, constraints mapping, land use options, and high level yield testing.

Located in close proximity to Glenfield Train Station, the site contains two educational facilities. One of the principle drivers for the work has been to investigate how the existing uses can be retained within a smaller land take, with the remaining site area dedicated to new urban infill.
