e8urban have undertaken a master plan for a four hectare site north of Penrith Station.

The master plan has been developed to o er a vision for a strategically important site with edges with different land use interfaces and scales.

The master plan relates to the existing street structure and public domain, it retains existing mature trees and utilises open spaces as a way of transitioning scale between the existing low-scale built form and new denser development.
