e8urban have undertaken a site based master plan for a mixed use site in Liverpool CBD.

The purpose of the urban design study was to demonstrate that a new development would not compromise the future development potential of adjoining sites and that SEPP 65 design criteria could be maintained.

​

The study tested a number of built form scenarios and made a recommendation for new built form that would deliver the desired land use and floor space mix while also contributing to the overall urban design of the CBD.
