e8urban are currently working to develop a master plan and DCP for urban release areas around two existing villages in southern NSW.

The Sutton planning framework will consider endangered ecological  communities, environmental an infrastructure constraints to determine opportunities for urban expansion.

Site specific DCPs were also prepared to support the future development.

The project has included extensive work-shopping of issues with local community, council and stakeholders.
